The third class in the progressive Tumble Tots programme offers children a more structured class to help active 2- 3 year olds to continue to develop their mind and body skills. After an energetic warm up song, sessions are now based around 'Activity Stations' which form the basis for various tasks and start to introduce children to listening to adult instructions. The stations are designed to enable children to develop their climbing skills, sense of balance, co-ordination and general agility. The equipment becomes more challenging with the introduction of higher pieces, and co-ordination becomes more advanced which aim to further a child’s fine and gross motor skill development; along with their growth mindset. Still with parental support throughout the session, children learn to interact with others around them and are encouraged to build their confidence whilst expressing themselves physically, emotionally and mentally in a group environment, especially during circle time.
